BOOSTFEST9JA will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" and "Activity" depending on the service you paid for.

We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you. However, we guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

You will not upload data or materials onto the BOOSTFEST9JA site, including nude content or any material that is deemed as not acceptable or suitable for Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media platforms.

Private accounts WILL NOT get a refund! All users have to ensure that their account is public before placing an order.

 

3. Refund Policy

Confirmed Refunds will be made to the BOOSTFEST9JA wallet of the affected user. Users can use this refund to replace an order that was paid for and not delivered.

You agree that once you complete payment and your wallet have been credited, you will not file a dispute or a charge-back against BOOSTFEST9JA for any reason. However, if your charge is not added to your wallet, kindly contact the BOOSTFEST9JA support team, which will resolve the issue within 24hours.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against BOOSTFEST9JA after a deposit has been completed or added to your wallet, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from the platform. In addition, BOOSTFEST9JA also reserves the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to you or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts.

If you placed your orders via the correct procedures and you did not get the required value for your service for any reason (NOTE: every order made on our website has a start count, which can be sometimes delayed due to issues with the server), please get in touch with support. Also, contact support if you feel that your order is being delayed for any reason. Management will send a refund to your BOOSTFEST9JA account if the order is non-deliverable.
